Tamara Luce is a legal team member of the Stand Together Edupreneur Resource Center (ERC), where she serves as Program and Outreach Lead.
For more than two decades, Tamara served in education—first homeschooling her four sons and then teaching, leading, mentoring, and coaching learners of all ages across faith-based, private, and public settings. Those experiences gave her a deep understanding of the need for individualized education and the real-world challenges students, families, and founders face.
She later pivoted in her career to supporting operational leaders at Koch, Inc. before joining yes. every kid. foundation., where she partnered with a team of attorneys to launch legal support for education entrepreneurs. When the program transitioned to Stand Together, Inc. in 2025, she continued that work—innovating and strengthening how the ERC supports edupreneurs nationwide.
Tamara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Fort Hays State University in Kansas.
As a founding member of the ERC, Tamara leads and develops the online experience that gives edupreneurs access to ERC resources and coaching—supporting sustainable, safeguarded ventures. She also develops strategic relationships with internal partners and external collaborators to strengthen and expand that support. Her work is driven by a belief in bottom-up transformation and a commitment to empowering learner-centered education initiatives nationwide.
