John Keblish is a legal team member of the Stand Together Edupreneur Resource Center (ERC), where he serves as Counsel for Education. 

John brings a background in data privacy, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance to his work supporting education entrepreneurs.  He has founded education nonprofits and currently serves alongside several others in Washington, D.C.  His work reflects a commitment to helping organizations meet evolving regulatory standards while maintaining transparency and trust with stakeholders.

Prior to joining the ERC, John was an associate at ArentFox Schiff, where he built his practice around data privacy and compliance.  While at the firm, he co-authored publications in Law360, Chief Healthcare Executive, and client alerts for the law firm and presented at one of the nation's largest Privacy and Security conferences. 

Earlier in his career, John worked for the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, where he assessed regulatory issues affecting small businesses.  During law school, John was a Senior Business Analyst at Optum managing reporting for the C-Suite and UnitedHealth Group's Board of Directors.  From small private business to large public entities, John has led numerous initiatives to promote profitable practices.

John holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.  He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.

At the ERC, John combines legal insight with practical compliance strategies—helping edupreneurs navigate complex governance challenges and build ventures on a strong legal foundation.
